Terms of Service

1. Who can use Replyji
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. If you're using Replyji for a business, you confirm you're authorised to act for that business.
2. What you agree to
- You'll only connect WhatsApp numbers you own or are authorised to operate.
- You won't use Replyji to send spam, scam messages, or anything illegal under Indian law.
- You'll keep your login credentials secret.
- You won't attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our rate limits.
3. AI-generated content
Replies are generated by AI based on your configuration. You are responsible for the replies Replyji sends on your behalf. We strongly recommend reviewing critical conversations and disconnecting the AI during sensitive transactions.
4. Trial and subscriptions
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After that, continued use requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through PhonePe Autopay and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refunds
Because Replyji is delivered immediately on subscription, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe you've been billed in error, email support@platefultechnologies.com within 7 days and we'll review case-by-case.
6. Our obligations
We work hard to keep Replyji up, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. Third parties (WhatsApp, OpenAI, PhonePe) can and do change their services without notice; we adapt as quickly as we can but some outages are outside our control.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put our WhatsApp integration at risk of bans.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, lost customers).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of the city where Plateful Technologies is registered.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
